Our honey is never heat-processed, never filtered to the point of removing it's goodness and never altered in any way.  Each batch is simply extracted, gently strained and bucketed by hand into 1kg craft honey buckets - preserving all the natural enzymes, pollen and rich nutritional benefits that raw honey is sought for.
